The purpose of Nepean Food Services is to provide services to frail aged persons, people with a disability and their carers so that they remain independent in their homes.

Nepean Food Services believes in:

• The right of people to dignity, respect, privacy and confidentiality,
• The right of people to be valued as individuals,
• The right of people to access services on a non-discrimatory basis,
• The right of the community to accountable, accessible and responsive services.

 
The outcomes pursued by Nepean Food Services are that;
• People who are frail aged or have a disability can remain in their own homes;
• The family or care givers are supported in their roles;
• The services provided (including referrals) best meets the needs of the clients;
• The service operates in an effective, efficient and accountable manner.
